Terms of Use
Last updated: 11 October 2026
These Terms govern your use of aiduomind.com and participation in the AiduoMind pilot. By using the site or joining the pilot, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
AiduoMind is an educational product for children aged roughly 4–12, controlled by a parent or guardian. Duo is an AI tutor scoped to lessons on screen. The product is currently in an early pilot: features may change, break, or pause while we learn what helps kids.
Eligibility
You must be a parent or legal guardian (or an educator applying with appropriate authority) to create an account or join the pilot. Children may use the lessons only under that adult’s supervision and account.
Acceptable use
- Use AiduoMind for learning support, not to harm, harass, or exploit anyone.
- Do not attempt to bypass safety rails, scrape the service, or reverse-engineer the tutor for abusive purposes.
- Do not upload unlawful content or try to make Duo discuss topics outside the lesson.
- Do not share login credentials outside your household or classroom pilot group.
AI and accuracy
Duo uses AI to generate tutoring dialogue and hints. AI can be wrong. AiduoMind is a learning aid, not a replacement for a teacher, curriculum authority, or medical/psychological advice. Parents remain responsible for how children use the app.
Pilot nature
Pilot access is free unless we say otherwise in writing. We may limit seats, change lesson packs, or end the pilot. We measure learning outcomes; we do not sell “engagement time” as success.
Intellectual property
AiduoMind branding, site content, lesson structure, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them except as needed for personal pilot use. Feedback you send may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.
Privacy
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. For children’s data, parent control is required.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” DURING THE PILOT, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or error-free AI responses.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AiduoMind will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the site or pilot. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the prior three months (or USD $0 if the pilot is free).
Termination
You may leave the pilot at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or if we discontinue the pilot.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Indonesia have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence say otherwise.
